I've never been to a jewelry appraiser so I was a little nervous as I did not know what to expect. I have (what I thought) a very unique Gucci watch that I wanted to find out more information on. Turns out the watch although a real Gucci isn't worth a whole lot of money BUT I learned a tone about the watch, the era it came from, and quite a bit of history behind it...it was really interesting working with Norman to uncover the "mystery of the watch" as I call it. Norman seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, very professional and honest. He could have easily taken advantage of my naivety, charged me for the appraisal and taken advantage of me, BUT instead he was honest enough to say that due to the fact that the watch wasn't worth a whole lot, it would be a waste of money to charge me for the full write-up appraisal paperwork...now how often does that happen in any business!!! Thanks Norman... I'll definitely be back and I'll definitely be recommending your services!
